Below are somethings that will help in each of these areas.<\/p>\n<h3>Physical<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Good food (junk food, caffeine, &amp; alcohol will sabotage your healing).<\/li>\n<li>Sleep\/rest &#8211; your energy field and immune system are in shock.<\/li>\n<li>Walking in nature is healing \u2013 head for a park, zoo, or conservatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Emotional<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Forgiveness and total lack of blame for everyone.<\/li>\n<li>Giving support &amp; compassion to all others who are suffering now in this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mental<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Get a clear &amp; total understanding of what lead up to the tragedy.<\/li>\n<li>Do not make <em>any<\/em> major decisions for a while.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Silence and calming music will help you heal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Spiritual<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask God\/your Higher Power to allow you to feel his love &amp; support.<\/li>\n<li>Know that time always heals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Social<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Your family cares about you and wants <em>your <\/em>well-being.<\/li>\n<li>Calm conversations with other family members will help you.<\/li>\n<li>Your friends <em>want<\/em> to help; let them know ways in which they can-<\/li>\n<li>Suggest making a meal, walking the dog, doing laundry- anything\u00a0that seems to be a burden right now.
