Bobbie Smith Lead Billing Specialist
Bobbie helps ensure all of Collaborative's billing is submitted, followed up on, and running smoothly. She also monitors client accounts and balances. Bobbie manages all incoming payments and issues monthly statements.
She spends her free time supporting her son at baseball games and watching movies with her family.
Katie Borud Client Care and Credentialing Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology - University of Northwestern - St. Paul
Katie offers administrative support to both clients and providers. She understands the importance of mental health and sees the impact therapy can have on people’s lives. She strives to hear and understand what people are going through and works to answer any questions and assist with any needs.
In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and family.
Courtney Rinehart Billing and Clinic Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Molecular Biology and Cellular Biology; minor in Psychology - Northwestern College, Orange City, IA
Courtney offers billing, administrative and scheduling support to clients and providers. Courtney works to assist clients and clinicians with any questions or concerns they may have. She believes anyone who seeks therapy is strong, and she is honored to be able to assist others in their process of seeking services.
In her free time, Courtney enjoys working on home projects with her husband, gardening, playing with her puppy, creating, spending time with family and crafting a cup of pour-over coffee.

Taylor offers administrative support to providers and clients. Taylor strives to communicate effectively and match clients with a provider that best suits their needs. She knows that it takes strength to seek out therapy and strives to create a warm, comfortable environment for clients and provide helpful information to create a positive experience.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys running, hiking, doing yoga, reading new books, going to art museums with her friends, and drinking really good coffee!
Colette Wosmek Client Care Specialist
Colette offers administrative and scheduling support to both clients and providers. She has excellent listening skills to help you find a provider who can best help with your needs. Colette provides attention to detail in meeting the needs of clients and providers; with a focus on meeting your scheduling and administrative needs.
In her free time, Colette enjoys spending time with family and friends, biking, boating, long road trips, crafts and cooking.
